Prof. Dr. Oleksandr Pidchosa

Dr. Oleksandr Pidchosa is an Associate Professor at the Department of International Finance, Institute of International Relations, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine. He is also visiting professor at the University of Western Macedonia (Greece), Comenius University in Bratislava (Slovakia), University of Nicosia (Cyprus), Kirklareli University (Turkey). Dr. Pidchosa also delivers lectures at the One Belt One Road Research Institute and Chu Hai College of Higher Education, SAR Hong Kong, China.
Dr. Pidchosa holds a Ph.D. (Economics). His research focus on China’s Role in Eastern European Political Economy, transport and energy connectivity. Author of more than 130 scientific publications, including authorship and co-authorship of monographs: ‘The Features of Current Stage of Transnatiaonalizaton of World Oil and Gas Industry’ (2015); ‘Development of Insurance Marketing in Ukraine’ (2016); ‘Knowledge Creation Networks of Multinational Enterprises’ (2021). Dr. Pidchosa has participated numerous research projects: ‘Trade and Logistics between China and Ukraine in the New Silk Road’ (2020); ‘The Impact of Financialization on Employment Structure’ (2020); ‘Interdependence between Illegal Trade in Tobacco and Corruption, Money Laundering and Organized Crime’ (2019-2020); ‘Survey of Kyiv Fashion Industry’ (2019); ‘Survey of Kyiv Biotech Cluster’ (2018); ‘Technology Transfer in Post-Socialist Economies’ (2016-2018); ‘External Security Threats as a Challenge for Sustainable Development of Ukraine’ (2014); ‘PRORES Project’ (2011-2015).
