SPEAC International Conference
On Monday, June 20th, Prof. Dr. Sebastian Bersick and Ms. Mireia Paulo participated in the International Conference Programme on Theory and Practices of Europe-Asia Connectivity.
This conference is part of the research project “European-Asian Research Network on Strategies for Promoting Europe-Asia Connectivity (SPEAC)” co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme under a Jean Monnet Network.
Researchers participating in this project presented their individual research works, which will be published in an edited volume in 2023. Prof. Besick started the first session of the conference by delivering a talk on “Europe-Asia Connectivity: Concepts, Contexts and Contestations”. Ms. Paulo started the second session by presenting her research on “China, the EU, and Digital Connectivity: A Case Study on Data Governance.”
